Hi David, I'm also working in a large team using Agile methodologies, although we're not using Scrum, (I have used Scrum a few years back).
We're using "Feature Driven Design"methodologies, which is good as well. All Agile methodologies have their pro's and cons, and each organization seems to execute Agile in their own specific way.
