The search wiki interaction design will be a huge boon to intranets everywhere. Imagine fixing the results in situ, instead of having to tweak all that metadata to get a decent result. Finally we can get good first results pages for just about any search, with less fuss. Visually, I think Google could take a cue from how Yahoo presents embedded YouTube videos in its search results (e.g. http://is.gd/1fNB).
