Hi Hans I am not sure exactly what position you are wanting to take based on this question, but I thought it was worth asking the following: even if there is only one person who will operate the system, (i.e the nurse), are there not also others that are stakeholders in the system too? If I understand your question correctly, your product is making representations of doctors and patients as well, potentially in ways that will effect them, so they too could be considered interested parties?
