What was the meaning of "resources" in the survey? I'm currently working on a project to help young Harvard researchers with the grant writing process, and our field research has found that they crave real examples of successful grant applications to help them start writing their own grants.
As a relatively young IxDer, I feel the same way about examples of great interaction design work. It would be a tremendous boon if I could peruse a library of personas, context scenarios, mental models, requirements, wireframes, mockups, etc., etc., from more experienced practitioners. (I'm feeling the pinch at the moment, as I work through chapters 4-7 of About Face... lots of neat ideas, but almost no vivid examples in the book.) This is quite in line with other IxDA threads about open-source design initiatives -- let's start helping each other out.
