The VMware User Experience Team is recruiting candidates for an internship with our Server team in Palo Alto, CA
The summer intern will work with a UX lead on a project to specify the interaction design for enterprise management and monitoring tools for virtualized infrastructure environments. Skills: identifying user requirements, developing user models, designing and prototyping user interfaces for interaction, and communicating with the development team to explain user interface designs. You must be willing and able to understand technical system administration details in order to develop a compelling user experience for enterprise class virtualization applications. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Sciences, or related discipline. This is a paid internship.
