Hi Alina,

there are a heap of social networks for Ix professionals :) This is
not to say that there is not room for more - there certainly is. Some
that I've been part of are:
- UX Book Club
- IA Cocktail Hour/IA Peers/IA Beers
- Social Media Club
- BarCamp, InfoCamp, IACamp, and various other *Camps. BarCampCanberra
was about half Ix/Ux geeks last year.

These are mixed offline/online communities. I'm also part of a few
purely online communities - I would consider this mailing list to be
one of them.
