Everyone always says that people in user experience should design their organizational change process around design - ie "design the design process." In doing that has anyone modeled out a programmer, business executive (eg CEO), product manager, programmer "type" personas? While it is true these may not be the "target" personas in every business, in a hi-tech software construction business, I suspect you'd see a lot of patterns.
