It depends what you mean by "statistical analysis". You can get your
data out of Morae by right clicking one of your graphs (e.g. the time
on task graph) and choosing "Export as > Data..." This creates a
tab-delimited file that contains the raw data, the average, the min
and max values and the standard deviation. But if you want more
useful statistics like confidence intervals, then you're out of
luck. My advice is to get your data out of Morae as soon as possible
and analyse and present it with Excel or your favourite graphing
package because Morae's graphing and analysis tools are too
rudimentary for anything other than giving your data a casual
once-over.
