Be aware that you're going to see a level of selection bias in who does and doesn't complete the survey. Without knowing much about your userbase, I can't really give any specific advice to that end, but it might be helpful if you could collect a little bit of demographic information in this survey and compare it to what you know about your users as a whole so that you can analyze accordingly.
