I agree! "more" is of what you suggest would be great! All for it. Can't imagine arguing against that.
Sometimes though (every so often) you need to look at your navel, otherwise it gets filled with fuzz. ;-) AND! Leaving that discussion to just the board room, IMHO, is problematic. This isn't a dichotomy to me, but is about balance. I'm just saying, I'd prefer to not have an off switch.
