Hi all, do you know examples of e-commerce websites which removed the "review and confirm" step?
In my client's case, users will be purchasing a 12 or 18 months subscription, so I don't want to compare with normal retailers where payment is one-off only. What do you think about this? Is it just a matter of presenting all relevant information in the previous steps? Like having a summary of your purchase displayed all the time?
