I've looked at quite a remote tools recently particulalry for
running unmoderated tests for getting some benchmark data. As much as
I hate to admit it the price has always been an issue. UserZoom,
KeyNote look great but way out of my (usual clients) budget. Loop11
and Optimal workshop also have interesting offerings in Beta (with no
costing information). 

@James Page I'm looking forward to seeing Webnographer. 


In the end I followed the lead of Tom Tullis and built my own. It's
does similar things to the UserZoom and Loop11 tools (not quite as
much) but cost me very little. 

I won't bore the group here with what or how but if you want to
