I am giving feedback based on usability and not the visual design aspect. Here are a few things I noticed.
1) An ambiguous link (!8kRPM) above the "bigwheel.net" that when clicked opens a new tab and takes me to a whole another site. 2) Majority of the content is loading on the far right of the screen and this causes me to scroll horizontally. (see note below) 3) When I click on "Design" (i.e. http://www.bigwheel.net/portfolio/notdesign09.html) it took me over 5 mins to figure our how to get back home. I used the "back" button in my browser till I figured out there is a faint link running off the page on the left side. The link isn't visible. BTW the res on my laptop is 1024x768 and this site is obviously not designed for 36% -- based on w3schools browser stats.
