Just a suggestion...

It might help to allow designers to specify a "task" that is more
detailed than "favorite/least favorite part of website" or "list
what you remember the most" before displaying the image. Context is
key.  It's rare to end up on completely random web pages (most pages
you get to through a link, search, etc), so the viewer already has
some indication of what type of page/information to expect. 
Christine's article mentions telling participants "You're ready to
donate to the Red Cross organization. But you're unsure of what kind
of donation to make. What are your donation options?" but that kind
of information seems to be missing from fivesecondtest.
