Looks like it does for GUI design what Publisher does for Graphic Design, makes amateurs feel like they are playing professionals. Lots of other perfectly good ways to achieving the same thing already out there. I still prefer using combinations of PhotoShop/Illustrator/Flash/Wireframe. Doesn't get my vote I'm afraid.
