Rohitkulthia, As Chip said, use fewer but bigger pictures. Screenshots are necessary, but not enough -> add information (better overview about your experience, more depth to application descriptions).
Paragraphs should never extend to the width of a page, they are hard to follow that way (rule of thumb -> use 60% of page width or 600 pixels).
