I respectfully disagree with Nitesh; how will the user know what hours
encompass morning vs. day? Don't artificially restrict options based
on vague descriptions of the times of day. This also adds an extra
step to the process.

If decreasing clicks is a priority, consider a slider. For example,
check out kayak.com's 'Flight times' slider, which gives the user
to-the-minute control of setting a departure time with just one
click-and-drag:
