Good afternoon all,

I wonder if you have come across any statistics, studies or press
releases and/or what your thoughts and observations might be about
whether companies are investing more or less in their website
presence during the recession.

If so, what type of organization (banks, gov, private...) and what
type of project is being focused on or dropped (web 2.0, usability,
marketing, ux...)?

What strategies are they adopting to save costs? More overtime, less
staff!? or more focus or innovation?

I've seen there have been previous posts to the list about the job
market, but I'm more interested in the areas of investment and any
trends that maybe emerging.

Many thanks for your time,
Elizabeth
