Good afternoon all, I wonder if you have come across any statistics, studies or press releases and/or what your thoughts and observations might be about whether companies are investing more or less in their website presence during the recession.
If so, what type of organization (banks, gov, private...) and what type of project is being focused on or dropped (web 2.0, usability, marketing, ux...)? What strategies are they adopting to save costs? More overtime, less staff!? or more focus or innovation? I've seen there have been previous posts to the list about the job market, but I'm more interested in the areas of investment and any trends that maybe emerging.
