I'd say integration and excitement. Meaning it has to answer the question "how well does it fit with my existing computer system, PIM, music service, service provider, headset, etc.?" and "how much does this phone excite me about doing things I couldn't before?"
We don't even have a way of reliably prejudging two of the most critical, battery life and signal reception/transmission, since it varies so much by usage. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
