You can use Powerpoint to create wireframes really fast. After creating few initial slides, with headers, footers etc, all you have to do is duplicate and modify slides. It is also easy to iterate on a wireframe created with Powerpoint. Furthermore, with little effort, you can simulate a task flow too.
