Hi Patricia, The company I work for, HumanCentric (http://www.humancentric.com), has a strong history in creating UI Specs for mobile phones, including touchscreen phones, and have been doing that for more than a decade. Our work has varied from maintenance tasks such as updating UI specifications based on Change Requests, all the way to specifying the entire user experience for a mobile device platform from which a multitude of handsets were ultimately developed and sold.
