An interesting follow-up to the ethics discussion...

Ages ago I took a class on propaganda theory. There were a couple of students in the class who couldn't get past the "tool vs. user" concept and continued to insist that the United States (or their home country) never uses propaganda, that's something the enemy does.

We know that both parties hire PR firms, do we know much about the hiring of design firms? From the looks of some of the infographics being tossed around, I'd say it was a case of "my nephew/niece has a copy of Illustrator".
