Hi IXDA I'm about to start work on a concept for a video sharing site to sit behind a corporate firewall and I'm looking for examples of best practice. I'm currently looking at what works well / not so well in YouTube, Vimeo, iPlayer, Ted.
What advice would you give me? Has anyone carried out research into video sites and how people use them? In an ideal world we'd carry out extensive research ourselves, but in this case there isn't time / budget unfortunately. What do you think works well in the current video sites? How would you redesign YouTube or Vimeo? Thanks for your thoughts!
