Will provide dedicated and consistent oversight across branch systems focused on front-line banker needs. *Responsibilities*: - Customer Assist, Sales Express, Teller Express and Contact Manager user interface design, enhancement recommendations, defect resolution prioritization, and day-to-day system performance accountability from branch banker perspective • Lead and manage staff assigned to support these applications; including a focused effort to upgrade talent and locate staff in Columbus • Work under System Executive Owner’s guidance to create screen flows/ messages/ wording to improve branch systems ease of use, reduce need for training, and reduce phone calls for support • Prototype changes – to demonstrate flows, words on screen, and processes • Responsible for cross application consistency (i.e., words, flows, navigation, look and feel) • Coordinate usability testing (focus groups); modify designs based on branch and telephone banker feedback • Work with IT and test teams to coordinate build, test, and implement improvements • Work with Retail groups including: Sales, Policy & Procedures, Training, Communications, Risk, Retail Operations, Telephone Banking, Product & Marketing, Compliance, and support units to optimize business solutions across Consumer Banking • Generate final business requirements • Maintain prioritization of branch systems improvements, defect resolutions, simplifications derived from branch feedback, Banker Support calls, and Field requests; provide financial analysis associated with high priority defects and improvements - Candidate will have extensive experience with building (GUI) user interfaces and system user design - Strong bias toward and understanding of end-user needs - Strong understanding of industry tools, best practices, and business system organization management - Ability to present and influence Senior Executives * * · Practiced in leadership and the ability to manage, guide and motivate employees in a fast paced dynamic environment.** · Results driven, ensuring short-term goals are achieved that support long-term initiatives with a strong sense of urgency. · Able to excel and thrive in an ambiguous work environment that is high stress, while navigating the organization with sensitivity and finesse. · Ethical with a high degree of integrity. · Motivated to move beyond the scope of this role into a position of broader/increased responsibility. *JPMorgan Chase & Co. is the largest banking company by market capitalization in the United States, with $2.1 trillion in assets and 220,000 employees working in 60 countries across the globe.
