is there anything besides product support (which can be supplanted by a good service contract) that is worth $20K? Are there some features it does better than any other? I.e. if I'm looking for a vehicle, I can ask for the difference between a truck and a car even if I'm not sure yet whether I'm hauling people or stuff.
