Hello members,
the information needs of identity designers are many but one crucial
information according to Mike Kuniavsky is "the direction of user's
attention".
According to Kuniavsky, this includes what people see when they look
at an interface, what they ignore and what they consider to be the
important parts of the interaction.
Would the best measurement of such an attention be made via eye
tracking? What people say during focus groups or an interview may be
different than what they actually do in real life. With eye tracking
a designer would be able to get "real data".
I have decided to attend the Eye Tracking course offered at Lund
University, and would like to know more on eye tracking from people
with eye tracking experience.
