Responsible for all US Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities, including target market research, sales meetings, presentations, proposals, partnerships, mark/com actions and, in general, any action that will drive business to the company. The US Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the proper execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy already defined by the company*s Partners, although he/she will also have the opportunity to add ideas and thoughts.
The position also includes the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a young and innovative company with great future and growth possibilities, in a market where there is still not much competition (timing is everything in business). There will be plenty of opportunities of growth within the firm. There will also be a need to create and manage the US Sales and marketing team. Finally, it offers an opportunity to work in many international projects and environment, given that our client is located in 3 countries. Requirements for this profile: We realize what it takes to sell solutions. It*s absolutely imperative to highlight the following requirements for the profile to be successful: 3-5 years proven, hands-on experience and knowledge of the user experience, usability, web analytics space 2-3 year*s experience in sales and marketing activities Social and communicative skills necessary to handle prospect and client calls, evangelizing the benefits of online research, selling deals, etc. Key Responsibilities and Accountability: Executing the current strategy, which includes many sales and marketing activities, will be the main focus and responsibility.
