Job Description: Create and develop user interaction concepts and visual design solutions for products across regions and brands. Produce a coherent look and feel for suites of products. Create visual patterns, libraries and reusable components. Develop interactive simulations and prototypes to demonstrate user interface concepts. Express the brand through the design process and maintain style standards. Proactively seek and incorporate feedback on visual and interaction designs from key stakeholders. Plan, develop and execute project plans, based on user‐centered design principles and accept product development processes. Collaborate with other interaction design, industrial design, and usability engineering design professionals in delivering business results and nurturing a world‐class organization. Requirements · Outstanding portfolio of graphic and interaction design work, with expertise in new media design. · Demonstrated skill in creating and prototyping user interface designs using popular visual interaction design tools. · Experience planning and executing visual design work in accordance with accepted product development processes, for example, phases and gates. · Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and teamwork skills. · Graduate degree in Graphic/Interaction Design or a related discipline. · 4+ years of industry experience new media design, preferably in user interface design of consumer electronics. · Passion for professional discovery, growth, and leadership.
