I have a night post-it note and highlight copy that I've read and re-read several times. As mentioned by others it is a great resource for handing to higher ups looking for more information or awareness as well as a great tool to promote interaction design within a company.
Its been a few years, but having Jon as a professor in school, the book aligns with topics of discussion that we covered in more depth and insight. In fact reading when using the book as reference, I often wish I was still around him to continue having such conversations in person.
