Hi David, I don't exactly know what a large organization is for you - but I'm leading the UX team in a 250 people organization. Our UX team is composed of UX designers, UX research managers and UX specialists.
It's a great team, but nevertheless it's sometimes complicated, because designers and e.g. research managers don't necessarily speak the same language.
