I thought it was a very interesting video. Good work! I expect Apple, who have the vertical integration you mention, must have done a lot of thinking on this already. However, the real power comes when software developers like Adobe support multi-touch in their apps. It will be interesting to see how they enable us to use transformation tools and apply filters.
