Even though I didn't attend myself, I can recommend Copenhagen
Institute of Interaction Design enthusiastically. (I very nearly
joined last year's class, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be -
a variety of issues kept me here in the States.) It sounds like
you're broadly interested in interaction design as a field, and are
interested in not only interface design, but pulling all of the
various disciplines together. That's where CIID is a viking, and
arguably even a pioneer: their program gets at the heart of
interaction design in a very hands-on, comprehensivist (if not
holistic) way.

BTW, if you have a chance to design while in your CS bachelors
program (or even for an extracurricular at school), do it. I did a
CS bachelors as well in a very technical program, and first got a
taste of design through helping design various UIs at software jobs
and redesigning my singing group's website. No question that those
experiences helped me pry the door open to more IxD-ish work.

That said, Dave listed almost all of the schools I would think to
name - but here are a few additional schools off the top of my head.
A number of these programs are really quite different from each other
(and from CIID), so research them carefully to get a feel for what
might work best for you.

In Europe:
*Domus Academy (in Milan)
*Hyper Island

In the USA:
*Indiana U (Human Computer Interaction Design)
*Parsons School of Design (Design and Technology)
*NYU (Interactive Telecommunications Program)
*Savannah College of Art and Design (since Dave is apparently too
humble to list his own program :) )
*At CMU, a few different options, each approaching IxD and design in
different ways:
-Masters of Human Computer Interaction
-Masters of Interaction Design
-Masters of Tangible Interaction Design
-Masters of Entertainment Technology

Good luck, and let us know where you wind up!

-Sol
