Thanks for the feedback Shaun, the question of how long a text should
be left on the screen came up quite a bit in discussion, and how to
maintain a quickly paced user experience. If audio were included, I
think it would have been less of an issue. I typically assume that
the user/viewer has never seen or heard of the material, and try to
find a reasonable balance. It was good to see a comment from a fast
reader that is unfamiliar with our products say that it's a bit too
fast.  This section was actually added towards the end of the
project, with the intention that the viewer would be someone already
familiar with our product offerings, and that the text/questions
should be rapid fire. I would be curious to know if anyone has a rule
of thumb for the pace of text? What if you're trying to court
international customers, where English isn't the native language,
how fast is too fast? Maybe 2 seconds per 50 characters?
