*Visual Communication & Technology*, by Julius Wiedemann. Design editor for Taschen since 2001, Wiedemann has studied graphic design and marketing in Rio de Janeiro before spending 4 years in Tokyo as an art editor for digital and design magazines. Among many books, he has edited Japan Graphics Now!, Latin American Graphic Design, 1000 Favorite Websites and series Advertising Now!, Illustration Now! and Animation Now! He has been a keynote speaker at distinguished events and places around the world, including TED 2007 (Monterrey), Art Directors Club (Madrid), Benetton Fabrica (Italy), Institute of Contemporary Arts (London), UOL (São Paulo), CMYK Conference (Barcelona), e-DIT (Germany), Plus Design Conference (Birmingham, UK) and Belgrade Design Week (Serbia). *Fluid mechanics: Design in the elastic environment*, by Luli Radfahrer. Creative Planner, PhD, Radfahrer has worked in São Paulo, London, New York, Toronto and several cities in the Middle East. An internet pioneer, he has created work for AOL, McDonald’s, MTV, FIAT, Leo Burnett, VISA, Volkswagen, AlmapBBDO, Ogilvy, among many companies and agencies. He has been awarded with Cannes Cyber Lions and The One Show pencils, and acted as jury member for the New York Festival and many creative competitions, including the 7th Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial. His "design/web/design” series of books are reference titles in Brazil, and he writes about digital culture and innovation for five magazines and several websites. He is an Associate Professor at Universidade de São Paulo for post graduation students on Digital Communication, meta-interfaces and hyperrhetoric, and a keynote speaker in universities, professional conventions and seminars for telecommunication operators and multinational corporations like Autodesk, Samsung, Pfizer, FedEx and McKinsey.
