Hi,

What are good practices to follow for designing Exit Surveys (not in the sense 
how many questions to ask, but where does the Exit survey appear? I am working 
on a site aimed at medical professionals (HCP), & the client would like a 
survey to pop-up when the users leaves certain sections of the website. This 
would amount to a user seeing a survey pop-up about 6-7 times in a single visit 
if his path matches the trigger pages. Obviously that sounds like a bad idea. 
So how have folks on the list addressed the CRM requirements & UX best 
practices? Any data/ numbers  too would be very helpful.
