I used Google Translate a lot, from English to Chinese, from simplified Chinese to Traditional. The process was like: you type in text you had -> clicked the Translate button -> the page will help you to translate.
Today, when I use google translate, I find that as soon as you put in a character, it will help you to translate it. So I guess google has added AJAX function to the page, when you put anything into the text area, it will trigger the translation function, and begin to pull out data from the database(or something like that). It’s a quite interesting and useful example of using AJAX. ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
