Tom - I do run courses on UCD and UX, but mostly within organisations or at conferences. Assuming that you don't want to travel to Atlanta, Georgia for next year's CHI conference, you should find a number of good courses at the UPA conference in Munich in May (the first time outside of North America, ever). I've got a couple of courses at both conference, but like I said, there will be many others to choose from.
