It's a very nice tool. Depending on what you're looking to prototype though
it may be overkill. As someone who knows and enjoys C# and making more
robust prototypes, I think it's great in that you can prototype interactions
at a much richer level than something like Balsamiq offers. And if the
project itself is being developer in C# then you can hand your files over to
the devs to continue working with.

But if you're looking for more of a "paper prototype" tool like Balsamiq, or
you don't know / don't want to know C#, then Blend is probably more than you
want to use.
