Marty
I have been working a lot in the Accessability space and just number 1, 7, 8 should be sufficient as well as adding we are constantly striving to make our site better. I have found success both with end users and business/stake holders to state something like: Accessability is always a process of improvement and we are constantly striving to make our site better.
