Hi Omar, I can second the Camtasia recommendation. I used it to put this video<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxTZedCjnoE>together. (I recorded the screen while "interacting" with a mockup that I created in Visio.)
To create something like the Mag+ video, I think you will need something much more sophisticated and expensive...
