Hi All, looking for a Senior Visual designer with Hebrew for a 6-12
month contract in San Jose CA.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong sense of design in
respect to simple, elegant interfaces and user-center design
principles. This person will be responsible for all stages of visual
design throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a compelling look
and feel that meets branding, business and user requirements. This
role requires strong interpersonal skills and communication within
the cross-functional team (User Interaction and content) and the
business stakeholders. Daily activities include working with product
managers, marketing and business stakeholders to translate
requirements into concepts and elegant user design, incorporating an
iterative design process based upon usability testing and research.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and be proficient with time
management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in design related field. 5+ years
experience designing products/applications for a consumer oriented
website
Designer who understands designing for right to left language
{Hebrew Language site designer}
Strong understanding of brand and how it is expressed through the
user experience
Ability to develop new and innovative approaches to complex design
problems
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to
articulate concepts and design rational to team and stakeholders.
Extensive understanding of interactive and user-centered
information design processes
Familiarity with usability research methodologies
Knowledge of current web-technologies
Provide mentorship to other visual designers and help foster an
open and creative atmosphere with the design team
