My client is a user experience & remote testing focused startup based in San Francisco & Madrid. We are seeking a Ux-savvy Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the CEO and founder, and initially based in Madrid, Spain and relocating to San Francisco, California in a 6-12 month time frame, you will manage the launching of the US market in the short term, as well as other European and Asian markets next year. RESPONSIBILITIES: Upgrade, implement, and continually refine the marketing plan; Implement & manage PR campaigns; Track & manage ROI of sales and marketing initiatives; Coordinate sales & marketing initiatives with country Sales Managers; Coordinate sales & marketing initiatives with wholesale channel account execs; Coordinate customer feedback with product development team & customer service & manage site improvements; Partner & channel development & management; Lead & coordinate customer retention & loyalty programs; Continual market & competitive analysis. Skills Minimum 5 years successful experience in marketing web services and products; Thorough knowledge of online sales & marketing strategies; Significant expertise in on-line affiliate and marketing partnerships; In-depth B2B experience, particularly to the design & development community Highly motivated by a start-up environment; Detail oriented and analytical thinker; Dynamic & pro-active sales personality; Excellent English. Additional language abilities a plus; Usability experience and expertise highly valued; Willingness for an initial 6-12 month assignment in Madrid prior to long term location in SF Please ping me if you are interested in the role.
