User Experience Practice Manager Convio develops innovative solutions to help nonprofits become more effective and efficient in pursuing their fundraising and advocacy causes. We are expanding our agency services capabilities and seeking an experienced leader for our User Experience consulting team. This team of Information Architects and Designers offers cutting edge consulting expertise to our clients, helping them to research, plan, organize, design, and create successful, scalable user experiences for their Convio-powered websites. We are searching for an innovative, people-oriented, strategic manager who can oversee a team of diverse practitioners. The candidate should have strong client facing skills and an expert-level competency in user-centered design principles. Candidate needs to be proactive, entrepreneurial, creative and experienced in coaching team members to adapt to a fast moving market. This position will office out of our DC or Austin office.
