That's the GNUStep, and it's pretty much functional on OSX, Linux,
Windows, and a few other host systems, presuming you can recompile and
link to GNUStep's libs.

I interviewed Gregory Casamento and Riccardo Mottola for GNUstep
for FLOSS Weekly # 44 (http://twit.tv/floss44).

The problem is not GNUStep, but any other proprietary libs that
OmniMumble tools might be using.
