Seconded. I inherited intermedia and hated it the entire time. Slow, unresponsive tech support, etc. We'd have issues with terrible performance, and I'd submit a ticket. The issues would last all day and then clear up overnight. I'd then get a response two days later saying "everything looks fine, there's no bad performance going on" and could never get them to go back and see what happened when I actually submitted the ticket.... So I switched us to Sherweb in Canada about a year ago and haven't looked back. Sherweb had a few warts at first, mostly in the flexibility of their web admin tool, but the web admin has gotten much better over the last year.
