Hi Everyone, Last week, I let my blog readers know that I am resigning as system administrator at my work. It was a tough decision, but I feel like it was the right one. Because I care a lot about my company (and the infrastructure I've helped build over the past 6 years), I'm remaining on for a couple of months while we find a replacement "me" to take over.
I wanted to post this link to the job description that I posted on my blog, in the hopes that one or more of you would be interested in applying. Sorry if this comes across as a standard "job post", but hopefully you won't take it as such, since I'm part of the community...and you all are the kinds of system administrators that I desperately hope will take over after I leave and take care of my infrastructure when I'm gone. The post is here: http://www.standalone-sysadmin.com/blog/2011/02/take-my-job-please/ - Thanks for your time! --Matt -- LITTLE GIRL: But which cookie will you eat FIRST? COOKIE MONSTER: Me think you have misconception of cookie-eating process. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
