As I'm sure many of you are aware, there is a relatively new Higher Education Opportunity Act requirement that schools must "document and implement plans to combat the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material".
I am having trouble finding ways to satisfy this requirement without putting an undue burden on legitimate activities.
