Because registering for a free site and then getting rewarded with
conversation with colleagues over free food and beer is against your
principles? ;)

The time is available to everyone.  The location is only shown to members,
but to give you a ballpark, it's a couple blocks East of 1Wilshire and a
couple of blocks South of Pershing Square.  This is a member's home and not
displayed for all on the Internet for obvious reasons.
