And maybe it's an opportunity to completely revisit what that storage is being
used for and whether it is really necessary in that form.
If they are mostly published, "controlled" documents then look for something
that provides better structure and control, such as Managed Document products
and services.
If its lots of spreadsheets, get your data out into something that stores it
better, that can unlock your data and make it work for your company. Ditto for
Project plans.
Single-user access data is so limiting.
