Hi all, Before anyone suggests Postgres, we're married to Oracle at the DB layer due to our framework, and we're extremely happy with the framework. Oracle licensing is unfortunately a necessary evil for us.
Has anyone used any "Oracle Licensing Consultants" before and have anything good or bad to say about them? I know when I managed an ISP, they had telco contract consultants, and they were worth their weight in gold. Google seems to indicate there's definitely a market for them, but I haven't heard any experiences with them. Feel free to email me off list if you don't want your opinions public. Thanks, Justin
